Well, I guess it's high to me! lol
Alot of the nitrous cars I have been exposed to all had lower compression, ie. 10's
Since I'm already using 91 octane I would like to continue with it if possible.
Looked into Harris Speedworks dry plate system, it seems like a nice set-up for my needs.
Like I said nothing crazy, just a push into the numbers I wish to get.

just a personal experience I have had and found useful is to run AC Delco plugs.......they are like a fuse in the cylinder. You can burn the tip off of the plug and the piston will look like it never saw nitrous. The material in those plugs is cheaper.

Standalone fuel system?????? gotcha
I'm a novice with nitrous so I didn't get it at first.
I would like to keep it at 91 octane, so is that possible with my setup? Can i achieve this with just timing? Plugs?
Safe and simple please, this motor was not cheap but worth all of it so I would like to be as safe as possible- thats why I probably won't get higher than a 100 shot.
Thanks

Mine is 11.4 and I have burnt plugs and never hurt a piston.
I ,however, did break a piston riding down the road after being a no attention paying moron and filling it up with 87 octane.
Buy good gas. 2 barrels is about the cost of some good pistons and alot easier to put in!
