Ok...Narrowed it down to two kits... Help me choose!
Dave i am not refering to your comments in this thread, obviously this goes well beyond this thread. Nicks point was that the interface can extend the range of the MAF without any tuning, but there is a limit. Everyone and their mother knows this, we dont hide this information. This isnt a limitation of the interface, if anything the interface improves an already existing problem. We both know every single post i make about the interface specifically says it requires tuning to get more than 3 degrees of timing on the ls1 platform. I dont hide anything about that or anything else. The interface can only do some much, not because its poorly desgined, simply because of the platform we are working with.
As you can tell from my post to the OP, i recommended the wet plate of ours as another option for him. The dry plate isnt the end all as far as our products go and i actually recommend the wet plate more than i ever do the dry. That doesnt mean it doesnt work well or there is a problem with the interface.
Can we just give it a rest tonight??? I am being serious, we are all just tired of this and i am sure both of our customers are as well. you leave our products alone and we will have nothing to say about yours. It's up to you

Its simple the guy is limited with a dry kit using the stock pcm unless he wants a screwed up N/A tune.
As to you guys hating on me because of my long explanation post well to be honest with you It was needed. There seems to be to many bull **** claims going on around here and these guys need the information to make a knowledgable decision.
The statements I made on my products I can back up and I will back up..
Hell just do a search on this one chat board at how many of our customers are spraying 250 with our plate. The 300 guys are few but I have helped tune cars doing it since we released our plate.
I understand that you guys do not recommend your customers to spray that much using your product. That is fine. I know what my products are capable of doing and I am stating it plain and simple if the individual has the knowledge and capability to spray that amount of nitrous and tune properly the plugs will tell him where the wall is before he gets there. We have proven time and time again our products will do what you claim they will not.
Plain and simple
Yes I aggree to let it rest. I have to leave town to go tune a car tommorow and this is killing my time.
You guys have a good weekend.
Dave
True, unless he is using the Interface, then he can get around the limitation of the PCM while not affecting his NA tune.
Why did you not make your 4 page post while you were selling those products to your customers? You made posts similar before you started to sell those products, so why would you even sell them to your customers if you fell that way about them?

The answer to this is SIMPLE!!! "Do you want to go FAST?" We ran HSW prodcuts 90mm plate, and I am not bashing, the quality was very nice, The following year we swithced to N20 Daves plate 90mm on the same exact set-up, And well lets put it this way DRASTIC improvement in perfromance. Dave is a great guy always very helpfull. We will never switch back, but its all about choices, Just make the correct one the first time.
Dave the manifolds I spoke with you about, will be on there way in a week or so.

I have stayed out of this thread until now. There are alot of false claims floating around about EFI plates. I wanted to see what all the hype was about this nitrous outlet plate so I swapped with a buddy while ago. Not impressed. I switched back over to the HSW 78mm plate, out of the box. Nothing special, no tricks, the HSW went 1.31 60's on radials on a 100 shot. The wet HSW plate is for real. It hits harder. HP is HP, but the plate out performs the competition off the line.
BTW, the guy I switched with fell in love with the HSW plate. Went out and bought himself one.

No chance they can be compaired by 99% of the guys on here. You could have "the best plate ever" but with the wrong fuel jets or timming then put an "ok" plate on and cause it flows less the timming is closer and it "hits" harder.
I did make tune adjustments to try and make it work. I may not be the best out there, but I can get by tuning on my own junk. Additionally, up in AK, the DA doesn't fluctuate that much until September.
