Default Storing a full bottle over Winter

Car is stored away for the winter(on jack stands, wheels removed, car cover, battery removed, etc.) in the garage. Can I just leave the full 15 lb bottle in the car? or bring it inside and store in basement? Please advise. Thank you.

I left mine hooked up in my car, as long as the bottle is off it shouldn't hurt anything.

Winter temps here in Chicago gets pretty harsh and my garage is not heated. I only have a set of drag only wheels/tires. So they come off and stored in the basement where it's warm... to prolonged it's life.

Asked a simlar question and everyone seemed to agree that doesn't really matter where you leave it. In, out, full, empty all about the same.
