Fire Extinguishers
I carry one and I'm n/a.
Long story short... had an electrical fire while I was driving home one night in the dash (71 Challenger). Had to punch a hole it to throw sand on it from the side of the road. A little chemical extinguisher would have saved my hand and dash. I carry one in both my camaro for safety. Small one, but it will snuff out anything that isn't to big.

Look around for a deal ! I paid like $5 a peice because they were a discontinued item so I grabbed up 5 of them for my cars and house. Small ones though but of a class that was good enough for most fires. I'll go and see what size they are.

$90 seems like a bit much for a 1lb bottle

I have a 10lb foam fire system (safety required) and a small (auto parts store) handheld for the just in case events. The small one actually saved a guy in a C4 one night when he had an alternator go up and melt wiring.
walmart has them for liek 10 bucks, better then nothing and cant see only getting a high dolalr one. if it will slow the fire down or keep it from spreading itll serve its purpose.
