Default octane booster for re-tune for the hose

I'm just about ready to get my car re-tuned for a 150 dry shot and have all the fuel upgrades and new br7ef plugs gapped at .035. Would it be a good idea to throw in a bottle of octane booster with a full tank before he re-tunes it just to be safe?

all we have around here is Chevron, Texaco, Exxon and Valero. I usually use Chevron and it has 94 octane. Does BP or Sunoco have higher octane grades?

sunoco does sell race fuel but also regular stuff and they usually have 94 octane at some stations. go to the gas station you use most and put high test or what youd put in it every fill up, 93 or 94 octane and for the price prolly just 93. then you should be set but always get the tune on what you are going to run when you spray.

if your only gonna spray at the track on c16, get tuned on c16...

if your only gonna spray on 93 get tuned on 93. but you can always go higher octane to be safe on a 93 tune

what im saying is dont put 94 in and get tuned, and then fill it up the next time with 87 and try and spray.
sory if thats confusing

Oh ok. I hear you. I only use 94 anyway, spraying or not. Good to know. I never use anything less.
