Default Stand Alone Fuel System

I am thinking of going with a Stand Alone Fuel System. Will my jetting change at all? I will be going wiith the Harris Speed Works system. The kit I have is a NX single piece MAF kit on a silverado SS with a 150 shot. Thanks any advantages or disadvantages?

As long as you dial in the same flowing fuel pressure the jetting will not change. There really are no disadvantages. Advantages are you pull the strain off the cars fuel system. You can also run leaded race gas in it.

Check out our systems as well. We are the ones that designed and brought to market the all in one dedicated fuel systems.

We offer our aluminum series that consist of a unit that mounts in the factory battery location as well as one that bolts to the front core support by the radiator and does not require moving or modifyining anything.

We recently just released our plastic series and they have a killer price tag on them right now.

Wow I like your system. How long turn around after I order one? Is the fuel pump a high pressure one?

I went with a standalone setup (low pressure) and I would say that it is the absolute safest way to go, for spraying. You are not taxing your main fuel system, and as stated above, You can run the higher octane fuel to help prevent detonation.

While running a stand alone fueling system (1gal cell) how many runs can you get out of it? If running higher octane fuel like race gas are you able to run a higher hit of nitrous on a stock block?

We normally keep them on the F-body versions on the shelf. We ran out of fuel pumps but we just got more intoday so if you were to order right now maybe a week.

I can empty my 2 bottles and still have a some gas left over in the stand alone (Nitrous Outlet). I would say about 1/8-1/4 of a gallon left.

The race gas will help cut down on detonation so you can get away with running a little bit more of a shot. Always make sure your tune, afrs and plugs readings are spot on.
