The Factory fuel pumps will hold around the 460RWHP range in most cases and with the cam i'd suggest you upgrade the fuel pump and the best/ most popular way of doing so would be to use a Racetronix pump/ harness. Which is basically a plug n play setup. Other than that you will need to change to a colder plug and i'd sugget the NGK BR7EF ( Stock# 3346 ) and gap them around 33-34.

Regaurdless of what you decide to do i'd suggest putting the car on the dyno to check what the AFR is doing.

I think it's a sick idea. Make sure it's tuned for the shot and you have a fuel pressure safety switch. Should make some serious power, enough to take down all but the fastest cars out there.

while i dont have any track times with the nitrous, i can say that the few times i sprayed my MS4 its pretty nasty. i spray mine with a 150 shot & it would spin well into 3rd gear on drag radials

A local guy has a Cam specced very close to the ms4 and he sprays a 150... From what it seems that big cam and stall eat it up. Good luck on the car.

Everyone else pretty much summed it up.

Fuel pump
br7ef plugs

But, DO NOT USE THE DYNO for afr. Its ok it get an idea. BUT READ YOUR PLUGS FOR AFR TUNING. Their is no replacement no other way. Period.

Plenty of people spraying that cam with great results. I'd run a heat range 6 plug...I think the 7's are too cold for your setup since you've made no increases in compression. I'd also start looking into a pump as well.

The car will be sooo mean after you spray it. 460 if anything is wayyyy under what you will dyno. My car MS3 cam only put down 407RWHP, with spray you will easily be over 500WHP.

The Racetronix kit from Nitro Dave's was easy to install and a nice product. With a 230 cam and a stalled A4 I made 480 unlocked on a 150 hit. We had to add extra fuel by using the jets and only achieved 120rwhp on the advertised NX 150. This was with a 3200 Vigilante converter and built A4. We used Autolite 103's.

I tell everyone to start with a 150 shot of your making 450 or less on motor. Just knock out the fuel mods and don't look back.

start smaller and then move up when you get sick of it.
