Default How big of a shot can i do on a stock LS2?

Ok i could not find any specific LS2 limitations but i am wondering on how big of a shot my LS2 in my GTO could take on stock everything motor wise.

If i do go with a shot i will upgrade the clutch before doing since it is the weak point right now.

Ok main question is would a properly tuned 150 shot be a safe bet?
Many of my Fbody owning friends have ran 150 shots on their stock LS1s for a few years now with no reprecussions so i am just assuming it would also be fine on my LS2.

Also if 150 will work, just how big of a shot can an LS2 take safely? 175 or maybe even 200?

Thanks for any advice in adnvance.

Its kind of a loaded question. 150 shot, no problem...once you start going ot the bigger shots, more attention needs to be paid to tune, plugs, accessories, etc. There are plenty of guys spraying larger shots with no issues but along with that comes education and experience working with nitrous. Start out small and familiarize yourself with it and then start to move into the bigger shots.

Everyones " Safe " is different, but you should be able to hit a 150hp shot. We have had customers go up to 175-220hp but i wouldn't suggest it cause if something were to go wrong it will cost you a motor. Stick to 150hp and have fun.

2 stages 50 dry 150 wet and let it roll! Up graded fuel pump won't hurt

There is a H/C LS2 GTO here locally that made I think 470RWHP N/A, and mid 600RWHP and 690RWTQ on the 150's and it holding just fine, zero issues.
