its a 3" black aluminum bracket that mounts where your throttle cable mount is, then the cable mount, mounts to that.

why does it also look like you used teflon tape on the an fitting side as well. you dont need it there take it off if you did.

Also if you are still running the factory PCV system, get rid of the ghetto orange oil filter breather setup you have, you are letting unmeeterd air into your system like that as well.
