Default Nitrous Laws In Ohio Or anywhere else.........

Does anyone KNow if there is a law about having Nitrous on your car On the street in Ohio?? i Know that some states require that you to have a Licenses To Carry the bottle becasue of the compressed gas but i dont know. i will Look into this but wanted to see if anyone knows about it already?

I live in ohio and currently no there is no law. They are trying to pass a law saying that any car equipted with nos must have it disconnected to drive legally on the streets. But as of right now, no law exists preventing us from having a full bottle hooked up ready to go.

Yeah i just did a search and found the Thread About the Street Racing law there trying to get Passed..... What A bunch of Bologna. I Signed the Petion to Stop this Madness.

Must be nice...

It's illegal on the streets in GA so I went with the spare tire location plus a remote opener setup. From a practical standpoint I don't believe there's much of a push to enforce the N2O laws, however I figured it would be best to not have the officer staring down at a bottle during a traffic stop.

Yes I agree. I have mine hidden as well, dont need the pig looking for more stuff.
