I'm running 3:90's in mine with the glide.

Keep in mind how high you are going to twist the motor and what kind of trap speeds you want to be able to run.

I run a glide. I've left with 300+ off of the brake.

1.80 straight cuts and a 3.89 gear.

Some times you have to look past the 60' times and look at the 330' times to see the true benifits.

I plan on a 150 pill right off the brake

How much slip were you seeing with the 8 inch converter? I am wondering what the limits of an 8 inch setup are?

Is a 9.5 converter going to work with my setup? 3000-3100 pounds ladder bars probably 3.90 gear.

Havent really figured out what im going to do with motor. Probably a holley 750 super vic worked 241's 150 shot. But who knows havent really got it all figured out on that part
