Do you have the gas jetting numbers? If so simply multiply by .30 to be a tad rich. .28 is the actual difference.

The biggest thing I am looking for is
Difference between spray bar and plate
For instance on the Nitrous side a 300 shot with a plate is a 93 jet and with
a spray bar its a 99 jet..

I just installed a wet spray bay nitrous setup on my 2001 Z06 & I tuned the motor & sized the jets for a 1:1 mix of e85 & 91 octane pump gas. I just tested the kit yesterday for a ~70hp shot and I used:
.040 N2O
.023 Fuel

I have a wideband and HP Tuners and the datalogs look good. I am going to try a ~120 shot, so I am thinking of using these jets:

.052 N2O
.032 Fuel

I wouldnt mess with e85 I have seen to many motors blow up. The E85 burns 3 times as fast as regular gas. Your gambling on one mistaKe KABOOM.

yeah, sure buddy.

show me your reference for that 3x as fast comment. i'm dying to see it, considering there are, according to the wikipedia page on Flex Fuel Vehicles:

"... with around 18 million automobiles and light duty trucks on the roads by 2009, and concentrated in four markets,[1] Brazil (9.3 million),[2][3] the United States (around 8 million),[4] Canada (600,000),[5] and Europe, led by Sweden (181,458).[6] Also a total of 183,375 flexible-fuel motorcycles were sold in Brazil in 2009.[7]"

Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flexible-fuel_vehicle

And FFV's run on either E85 or gasoline, or any ratio mix of the two.

But thanks for your concern about my engine, I do appreciate it.

If you look at different kits offered by different manufacturers for the same engine, the jetting for the supposedly same-sized HP shot can vary quite a bit, both on the fuel & nitrous jets. So you either buy a kit and run what they say and then possibly fine-tune the jetting, or you kinda have to figure it out yourself. Since you are running e85, that automatically puts you into a tiny minority of people, so you are probably going to have to be comfortable taking some risks and being a little bit of a pioneer with the e85 + N2O stuff. Apparently brokenfly has used the 2 together with success, so maybe he can help you.

He says (correct me if I am wrong):
(gasoline-as-a-fuel jet size) x 1.28 = e85-as-a-fuel jet size
example (small shot):
.018 x 1.28 = .02304 ~ .023

I am mixing the 2 fuels at an even 1 to 1 ratio, and I basically averaged the 2 jet sizes, so:
(.018 + .02304)/2 = .02052 ~ .020 or .021 ...

Get it?

http://www.robietherobot.com/nitrousjetcalculator.htm

Try using JetCalc for the HP rating on the Nitrous jet sizing. It is for gasoline though, so you have to use some math and guesstimation to switch to e85. Supposedly there are some charts out there that may help, probably in some of the Nitrous Oxide books on the market... I should probably buy one, you too probably should...

i would just follow the N2O jetting regardless of plate or bar with 30% more fuel as a baseline...

my gasoline 150 shot with 62N-31F ran around 12.5 AFR...
my E85 150 shot with 62N-38F yielded a 11.6 AFR...

seeing as slowgoat will be hitting such large shots of which his purge will use more than i use in one pass,i have not a clue...

E85 Jetting with our spraybar

HP---N20---Fuel ( E85 )
100--57----40
150--70----45
200--82----52
250--88----56 ( Calls for a 54 but the closest one we offer is the 56 jet. you could use a 52 if you wanted but that would put it on the leaner side of the jetting. )
300--99----62

How about a list for your ls2/lsx single stage plate kit? And for a DP on these same hp levels. Chris if you want to send it to me I can post it or maybe should be added to the MASTER jet list.n Thank's mike H
