Default Compucar Nitrous

I am getting a free compucar bottle in a bag from a friend and all it needs is the main feed line. I was told that it was a plastic line instead of a normal braided line. Does anyone know where to get the plastic line for this? Thanks

Yeah, plastic is probably the wrong word for it. I was just told it wasnt steel line.

Do it right and get a teflon lined stainless braided feed line. We custom make them to many lengths, colors and end color fittings. http://www.harrisspeedworks.com/home.php?cat=7 Depending on how large of a shot will dictate line size. I'm going to guess its less that 150, and if so stick with the -4 hose.

Its been a while since I have seen one of those. I know that just like the NX incognito it has a plastic line runing from the nitrous solenoid to a free flowing fitting desinged to spray into the airbox. Does your kit have the nitrous solenoid hooked to the bottle? Then a small long plastic line running upfront to the fitting? If I remember that is how the kit is designed. The purpose is to be easily thrown in the car and quickly removed.

Going with a braided steel line really kind of defeats the entire purpose of that system.

To be honest with you. In order to properly upgrade that system to a more pernament system built properly you are going to spend more than if you just bought a real system.

My opinion of the system in the bag, incognito, or sneeky pete are for the guy that wants a cheap way of quickly adding horse power. In all honesty due to its design and function it will be very easy for someone not taking the proper steps and tuning to hurt there engine.

The only reason I got this kit is because my buddie had it and gave me it and a bottle and all I have to get is the line. I didnt know if anyone knew where to get the line that fits this kit? Or knew what kind of line it was so I could get it...

I do have a few lines in the F/S section. One 10' and one 6'. Just throwing it out there if you decide to go that way. GL
