Default E3 plugs? Go or no go for NO2?

Has anyone sprayed on E3 plugs yet? Are they able to take about 100 shot?

Don't use them... Get a set of BR6EF plugs if you plan to stick with the 100 shot. If you are going up from there, use a BR7EF until about 200.

Yea the E3's are not good for N2O. They are basically a stock heat range plug.

Ok thanks guys. I do have some E3 that I just put in the car to see if they really do add any horsepower. I will be going to the track friday. Before I ran a 12.45 @ 111 on a stock LS6/4L80E w/ 12bolt and 3.42 gears. Just curious if all the hipe is true about these plugs.

Next step will probably be a nos set up. I have not decideded on which brand yet, will worry about that when that time comes.

Yea you'll definitely want to get rid of them before spraying.
