Default Who swaps there plugs when they are going to shoot?

On my new build i am going with trick flow as cast 220 heads and my f13 cam. Trick flow recommends the NGK TR6 spark plug with their heads which is what i would run if i was only running NA. I also have a direct port 250 shot on top of my fast 90 intake. While shooting i would think it be wise to run a 8 heat range non projected plug.

Should i run the TR6 on the street and the other plugs at the track or should i just run some BR7EF plugs gapped to .035 and just call it a day?

well the br7 is the coldest non projector resistor plug that i can find. Non of you guys see problems with running non-resistor plugs when at the track?

They should be good all the time man. I do change mine after 3 or 4 Fridays at the track. If I was spraying several passes that is.

I change them everytime before I spray. Better to be safe then sorry and have a bad plug. You can order a box of 8 through NitrousOutlet.

What if you rarely if ever go to the track but sometimes use it on the highway. How often should you change the plugs?

I'd put the 8's in there and have the car tuned N/A with them so it wont run that bad N/A
