I have a Lt4 intake, 58mm bbk tb and nitrous outlet plate. Do I have to move the throttle bracket forward for the thickness of the plate? Or is there a way around this? I bought the kit used and missing some hardware for that and screws are too short.

yes there is a throttle cable extension kit shipped with these plates.
