Im 440 rwhp on motor and 125 nos shot on top. I was told that Im good to 530 ish whp on corn. I am right now 12.0 on the spray but I am maxed, Im going to do a bap or stand alone soon and see what this old 98 stock bottom end can handle.

Sounds like you have managed to do pretty well with the corn liquor. Is that 98 a return-style fuel delivery system? That helps, because the returnless (deadhead) setup on 99-and-up Vettes kinda sucks.
I have been running my 2001 Z06 on e85 for a couple years, and I tried spraying a wet 100 shot off the stock fuel rails with e85, but the bone-stock returnless fuel delivery system couldn't handle the sudden jolt of a .032 to .036 fuel jet. So, I dropped down to a 75 shot and used gasoline and it works fine. My friend with a 2003 Z06 runs a wet 150 shot off a nice aftermarket fuel rail setup with e85 and he has had good luck with it.
I want to convert mine to return-style AND build a stand-alone setup for the spray.
