Default Gearing question for the solid roller guys

For those of you running a solid roller setup with a high revving cam (4700-8000 power band), TH400, and running a larger shot (250, 300+) what gear do you use? Currently have 3.70s in my FAB9 with a 5,200 stall. I'm debating switching to 4.11s..thinking 4.30s will be too steep for the spray.

Thanks

4.11 would be faster but harder to keep the front end down.

We have 4.11 in our car but it has a glide in it.

i had 3:73 in my car with 28" tire and a tight converter i was going through the traps at about 7800-8000 rpm at 156 mph if i remember correct. that was also with a glide.
my little 346 went through at about 6,000 rpm at 135 mph with the glide. or some place around that
