Default Spark plug help

I am wondering what plugs is everyone running and if theres a special plug i will need for a 50 wet shot in my 98 ls1 thanks in advance

Im running NGK BR7EF but most run BR6

#7 NGK PLUG I would just run good octane at the pump in it and gap the plugs at 35

As suggested above the BR7EF ( Stock# 3346 ) would be a fine choice and i'd gap it at 35 also.
