Just so you know now... Those gaps are tighter that I'd like for big shots of nitrous (I'm assuming a 402 here), especially if it's a steel top ring... what's the bore? ci? Also the Diamonds can come with two different ring packs. Which one did you get?

Yes it is a 402. Built it a couple years ago. Ill have to do some digging but im sure i can find the build sheet. Not sure what ring kit was used or the part number of the top off my head.

Yeah... That ring gap is pretty tight for nitrous use, especially if it's a steel top ring... Light use would be ok, but I'd be concerned about breaking a ring due to expansion of a steel top ring if you hit it hard..

PSH.... Nevermind then.... It'll be fine. Just keep an eye on the tuneup and all will be good.

I'm with Ryarbrough on this one...as long as the fueling and tune are there you should be fine on teh 150hp shot.
