Default ZEX Add A Stage Kit

Thinking about adding a 2nd stage 75 shot when doing my head swap. Just wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with this product (ZEX) or any 2nd stage progressing setup.

What type of zex Kit do you have?
You really dont need a 2nd stage unless you are not hooking up at the track on the 1st stage. I would invest that money in a progressive controler. The 2nd stage is not worth the money for a 75 shot.

I'm running a 125 wet shot now and the car hooks fine. It's the previous version of the new LSX Kit. Wanted a little bit more without a bigger bang. Maybe even a extra 100 just didn't want to put a 200 straight to the motor even though it's built for it. I'm kind of into reliablity not really wanting to tear the bottom end up.

I would get a progressive controller. Do a 200 shot then start out at a 100 off the line in progress to 200 shot.

I agree here. I'm a big fan of single stage progressive systems.

Also Zex makes a good product and we have had several customer's use 2 stages and a progressive with great results.

The current zex system i'm running is the 82026 and it only allow a 125 shot. Now if I upgrade the solenoid and controller I'm quite sure I can do it all in one stage, but by the time I do that it'll probally be cheaper adding the other stage where if i wanted to even spray a extra 150 it'll be there.

It's built for it, but still want to play it safe.

If I was you to be honest. Instead of adding a stage I would just sell that kit and get a bigger nitrous kit if that is your goal. I just feel like you start adding a stage then by the time you get it addjusted for the 2 stages and get the AF right you would be better off on getting a bigger kit and a progressive controller. But its up to you.

Im just trying to help you through my mistakes in the past. Get the nitrous set up you want. NitrousOutlet makes a good kit the BRAND X and HSW has some good kits to. If you go that way you will be happier with your nitrous.

The system you have is advertised to only spray 125 but it will spray up to about 175 if I remember correctly. I would call ZEX tech and get the jetting from them.

Ofcourse if you want to sale the system and upgrade that is always an option as well.

Thanks. I did call Zex today and they told me that it's capable of 175.
