Stumble/Hesitation in 2nd and 3rd gear while on giggle gas

Stumble/Hesitation in 2nd and 3rd gear while on giggle gas Just as the title states. First gear pulls HARD when nitrous is sprayed, as soon as it shifts into 2nd it starts stumbling until it gets around 5k rpms and it pulls strong again, 3rd is the same as 2nd.
Really have no idea what this can be as it sprays awesome in 1st gear. I did make multiple passes and it was the same in every pass. Bottle pressure consistant on all passes.
Details of systems:
Zex dry system with 100 shot
Nitrous outlet window switch spraying between 3-5700
Timing pulled with IAT timing trick
I am really lost on this one and really dont know where to start. So if Anyone has any ideas shot them my way.
