Default C5 fuel system

Installing a plate(wet) system this weekend. Looking for info on a fuel system. C5 Corvette specific. 200 shot, wet plate and the motors already pushing 450(N/A) to the tire. Thinking I'm at the limit of the factory fuel system before the spray. Looking to DIY this, I'm on a budget. Thanks....

Here's kind of what I'm thinking. Walbro 255 in tank with a Bosch 044 external in line(would only like to activate when spraying, not sure how to accomplish that). After market rails with a regulator and return to the tank. How much would something like this support and how much would the total $ on parts be ?? Thanks...

I have a 98 and replaced the factory pump with the racetronix 255 with the hot wire kit. It was a simple install, as long as you have the pre 02 system. We did it in the garage in about 3 hours with basic tools. The kit came with a really nice replacement wiring harness with factory connectors and every clip, pin, clamp, ect. that you will need for a swap. I think it was 295.00 shipped to my door. I plan to run a 150 wet kit on a 400rwhp A4.

I made over 612rwhp for over a year on a Racetronix 255 + hotire and MSD boost a pump. I then swapped to a stand-alone and never looked back making 770rwhp now

I have a 98 so I have a return style system that supports a bit more. I have around 460 rwhp na and run a nos 125 kit ( rated at the fw) so its prob around 560-570 whp and a stock fuel system. Im also on corn so the fuel demands are about 30% more
