Default New to Nitrous.....Check my list please

I'm new to nitrous and am wanting to get more out of my car. Our race season is pretty much shut down for the year and won't pick back up til around March.

I've done alot of reading in the stickies (so much that my brain started hurting lol) and I think I have a solid list, but wanted to run it by everyone on here for suggestions and or additions to the list.

A brief setup of what I will be running come next season:
1998 Z28 M6
9" w/4.11's 27x11.50 QTP
cammed and all bolt ons
42# injectors and will be upgrading the fuel pump since I'm still running the stocker. Don't want any costly failures right of the bat.
TR6's
Nitrous tune

I'm setting my budget for new everything, but if I run across deals on things I'll need then I'll consider it.

Here is the list of items I'm looking at with links included:

Nitrous Outlet GM EFI LS1 Plate Systems(Wet)

https://www.vengeancerd.com/ecart/pr...stems%28Wet%29

Brand X Accessory Packs Stg 3

https://www.vengeancerd.com/ecart/pr...ccessory-Packs

98-02 HSW Camaro/Firebird Ashtray Switch Plate (Manual)

http://www.ws6project.com/user_stor/...oducts_id=2639

93-02 LS1/LT1 Walbro 255 LPH In-Tank Fuel Pump

http://www.ws6project.com/user_stor/...oducts_id=2474

HSW WOT Switch & Bracket

http://www.ws6project.com/user_stor/...oducts_id=2675

Anything else or less? Not sure if I'm going overboard or not. Just wanna make sure I have everything I need. I'm open to suggestions, but overall would like to keep it as simple as possible. Don't know if it matters but the way I launch my car I'll pretty much be spraying out of the hole. WOT as soon as I dump the clutch. TIA

I like what I see, but ditch the TR6's in favor of a non projected plug (let us know what size shot and I'll suggest one. Put a fuel press. Gauge in the car and throw the FPSS in the trash. Get a good controller instead of the WOT switch (one that has an RPM and TPS input).

This could change based on what size hit you plan on running. What cam is in the car? What does it run now?

Everything looks good. I would agree with Ryarbrough on the plug and controller statments . Also i would think about doing the complete racetronix kit isntead of just the pump only. You can't go wrong with the Ractronix package. It's on the same site as your link to the pump only but under fuel systems.

I plan on running a 150 shot and I also planned on getting a fuel press gauge as well even though it wasn't in my list. What controller would you suggest and how would keep it from spraying while revving to 6k preparing for launch? That's where I got confused in the stickies and opted for a WOT switch. I'm sure there is a way to bypass it with a 2 step or something right? The cam in the car is a Vengeance VRX4 which is a 228/230 588/592 on a 112. Is the WOT switch just a bad idea or just not as effective or a potential hazard if I miss a gear (which almost never happens, but there is always a chance)? I figured with the M6 it would be a good easy option. I'm open to suggestions, cause like I said, I don't want any costly problems from not doing it right the first time.

I was debating on the Racetronix kit and the other and just chose the Walbro. But after linking it and after reading this I was already considering changing to that anyway. Since your a nitrous guy I'm definately gonna take your advice.

Hilton has a pretty good set up he was trying to give me. I bet he would help you install it too.

Yeah, he mentioned it to me. Still deciding though. Something like this and me being new to it, I almost feel I should buy new stuff. Not that I don't trust him, it's just I think it'd be easier on me. I'm still thinking about it though cause it's one hell of a deal.

Found a used kit from a friend that's practically new.

Here's what's included:
Remote opener

WOT switch
dual stage digital electric window switch

2 bottles-1 is full
NX solenoids

All for $900. Good deal?
