Default NANO Check Valve Question

I think I may have messed up my NANO check valve but not sure. I am installing it for the first time and was threading it in to the nitrous bottle valve and got it all tight so I decided to check the second 5/8 fitting. It turned pretty easy so I tightened it down as far as it would go. Then I read in the manual:
Attach the JIC end of the braided Interconnect line to the check valve. Use a 5/8” wrench to
hold the check valve steady while using a 11/16” wrench to tighten the braided line to the
check valve. Failure to follow this procedure may result in rotation of the check valve body resulting in leaks.

So do I need to order a new one?

Thanks.

I had similiar issues as well as I could not get those fittings to completely seal for the life of me, and it sucks to have to go through nitrous refills to find out. We finally had to take the second check valve assembly apart (we overtightened the first one which brass does not like ) and seal the NPT fitting ourselves as they were not sealing as-shipped from NANO. It would be so much nicer if the check valve assembly was 1-piece.
