Default Help me rebuild for N2O

Well it looks like I spun a rod bearing I was putting down 519 RWHP last summer on the little 125 HP shot.

How would you guys recomend rebuilding my 01' z-28 5.7 L what rods and bearings and gaskets, etc?

What pistons and what rings so I can spray a 300 shot?

Where should I get this stuff Summit? All my past experaince has been with Oldschool Gen 1 small block Chevys so any sugestions on where get a rebuild kit and which parts to go with (ESPECIALY PM'S) would be much apreciated.

This will be a daily driver with the cam in my sig. should I bother changing the cam bearings on a motor that only has 45K of hard miles? Should I bother changing the bearings? If it is just a rod bearing I might me able to reuse the crank if it checks out right?

What specialty tools will I need as far as pullers and such? I will buy a better torque wrench. What about a rod bolt stretch guage? I do have a good mag base and a nice dial indicator.

do it right the first time, or you will basically just be wasting money.
