at the end of 2009 a lot of places on the nw side were out of N2O to refill.
If your a spray addict
paying for refills if you don't have a hookup $4-5 per pound. If your buying a brand new bottle or complete system from a local shop I would ask for a free complementary fill
... worst they can say is no and you'll have to pay for it.
