Default What Size Pitch and Thread Is A Nitrous Nozzle

I bought a FAST 90 intake and it already had the nitrous bosses tapped I don't plan on using the Zex direct port kit it came with and was going to go get bolts to thread into the holes. Does anyone know the correct size and thread bolt?

It should be a 1/16 x 27NPT

Don't just jam bolts in there. Use something like this.

Thanks a bunch I was about to use some plastic hole plugs and epoxy but those things from Jegs are exactly what I need.

If you have a nut/bolt shop in your area try there first. They wont be fancy anodized but they will be less than $1 each.

If it had a ZEX directport there nozzles are 1/8 NPT not 1/16npt.

I just found this out the hard way.... I ordered the 1/16" npt plugs from Jegs for 20.00 and they are too small.

I finally found them at Home Depot but they are not with the nuts and bolts. Anything in pipe thread is back with the plumbing section near the fittings. They were 2 dollars each though so the same price as Jegs and only come in square heads not hex heads and are gold. Anyways though they work and I wont have to wait for another order in the mail.

If you use the aluminum on aluminum i would use a cutting fluid or anti seize, dont over tighten the NTP or you will be sorry, NTP just needs to be a little over snug.

I'm extremely sorry about that... I brain farted and completely forgot Zex are the only ones that uses 1/8th nozzles standard in tehir direct port setups.

I sent you a PM too.

I was wondering just while we are on the subject is there any advantage to using a larger nozzle? I really did not like the look of there distribution blocks that were in the kit and all the stainless lines were different lengths. That is what made me decide not to use there kit and plan on selling it.
