Have you looked at the jet chart from the plates manufacture?

An .88 jet for the nitrous will be a 250hp shot on our plate. The correct fuel jet for that will be .48.

If you would like I can shoot you a PM with your full jetting chart for your fuel pressure.

Also if you have any questions regarding our product don't hesitate to contact us.

You really have to air on the side of rich to try and be safe when putting out jet charts. This is not to say that overly rich is safe, just that with the variation between cars and also the number of inexperienced users means we have to be safe in our recommendations.

I am glad you got lined out with some good help. What did your wideband tell you on the 82/35 jetting?

He is on high pressure and not using a NANO. So his fuel pill will be much smaller than yours to begin with.

FROST is doing some more tuning on my car next week (while I'm on vacation). Going to up the shot from a .078 to an .082. I suggested starting at .043 on the fuel and work down from there. (Running 55 psi on the dedicated with Klotz 118). Sound good? Definently going to have my mechanic pulling the plugs after each dyno pull to check them.

I would start with a .046 jet unless you had to lean out a lot on the .078 jet tuneup.

Also make sure that the timing mark is VERY safe if this is not a load bearing dyno. If you tune a car on the dyno that has a semi-aggressive or aggressive timing mark, you will be hurting parts when you take it to the track. The load will move that timing mark more than most think.

Thanks for the info. IIRC, we ended up with .078/.041 for the 200 shot. I think the tuner even took some fuel out @ the injector before we finalized it. IIRC, we ended up @ 12.4:1 on the WB and 14*. I'll pass on your advice to FROST. Thanks again.

Why would Frost take fuel away from the injector?

Did you guys pull the plugs before leaning it out to 12.4?

We opted to do that instead of a smaller jet on the dedicated. I don't recall the reasoning, but assume that it had to do with not reducing the high octane in the mix.

Yes, we checked the plugs. I've asked Steve and my mechanic to pull, label, and cut the threads off the plugs after the tune is finalized so I can post pix on here for 2nd opinions about the tune. It's unfortunate that my family vacation coincides with Steve's trip here.

Maybe we can get frost in here to clear it up.

Awesome! Man I wish everyone would post plug pics and go through the steps. Be sure and post them. I am glad to give you some insight.
