Every car is different so there is no magic number that the AFR should be for a given shot. You need to read your plugs and do your tuning accordingly and not just try to shoot for an AFR number.
By the way if you are starting out at 10% and bringing it in full at 9 seconds then that's just a waste of nitrous. Second, how slow is this car? A car that is going to get a 350 shot thrown at it should be down the quarter before 9 seconds is up.
