Default Using steering wheel radio button to activate Nitrous?

Hey guys i've been throwing the idea of nitrous around on my car for awhile and I was curious if anyone has ever done this.

I have the 93-94 style steering wheel and i wonder if anyone has used one of the radio control buttons as a Nitrous switch.

I'm sure there is a way to do it but i think it would be a lot easier just to do a WOT switch.

I've done it already. its quite simple just have to redo some things in the switch and ohm out the wires in the airbag coil. I'm running my 2 stage setup thru the steering wheel controls

When you're street racing and you look in my car you see nothing, not that will I ever pop my hood at a street race, but if I popped it you will see a maze of fuel and nitrous lines all over. I even have the stock shifter handle but I won't tell you what the shift locking button does

If I did you wouldn't see anything.

I'll ask my cousin what he did to the switch and let you know about that.

As far as the wires in the air bag coil you just have to ohm them out from where the steering wheel controls went thru them.

Hell yeah, that's a good idea and alot better-looking than what I did with my N2O button... i zip-tied the button to the steering wheel above my left hand... it should be better than the shifter-mounted setup i had before, because it was too much to have to do with my right hand (that sounds weird) to shift gears and try and push the button too last time i drag raced, i kept missing 2nd gear and hitting the button so i sprayed in Neutral that doesn't tend to help lower the ET....
