Hey guys,

Forgive my ignorance. I have a "Beer Panel" in my Camaro with switches for arming, heater and the remote bottle opener. The purge switch is a red button. The button no longer works (and it isn't an electrical issue -- just looks like the pieces underneath of the red plastic shell fell out of the shell and won't stay in to engage the purge). Rather than replacing the entire panel, is there a way to pull that button off the panel and replace it with another button? I don't have a clue where to even begin with this.

The button should be held onto the panel with a plastic hex nut on the back. Unscrew the nut and the switch will slide out the front of the panel.

I have the exact same problem with the purge button on my ashtray switch panel. Now where can you get the red button that will fit just as well?

That particular Purge button you can get from Nitrous Outlet, it is a larger hole than the other switch I use from Radioshack (pictured below).

beer99c5^^^ do you make panels to order or is is something you do in spare time. Those are super clean and i could use one for my nitrous setup. Maybe i am overlooking a link if you have been offering these. Thanks

I am not a vendor, Nitrous Outlet and HSW both sell panels, hit them up. If they cannot help you then shoot me a PM. Its more a hobby for me.
