Anyways there are guys on 250 shots on stock motors. Carter01 is one of them. There are some guys who are hitting more than that.

Camscam and myself both run .88 jets which is roughly 250 shot. I plan on bumping mine up here sometime this year. I've read posts by some of the fastest guys out there that rule of thumb is whatever the cubic inch of your motor is, that is how much you can spray. Ex. 346 Ls1, 346 shot... AVERAGE JOE, DO NOT TRY ANYTHING I JUST POSTED! Just answering the question asked, I know 250 works but not quite ready to go 350 just yet
