Default IAT resistor mod ?

I did the iat resistor mod to pull timing when I arm my nitrous. On HP tuners it shows my iat to go to 180 as soon as I flip the switch. I set it up to pull 9 degrees of timing above 176. My question is should it show the timing is being pulled when I flip the switch while scanning? It doesn't look like it pulling any timing, but it does change the iat as soon as I flip my arm switch. Thanks for any help.

If your scanner is set up to read the final SA value, and you adjusted the IAT table in the PCM properly, then yes you should see the timing change when you flip the switch. You would probably need to test scan this while at WOT to see it work properly.

It won't pull the timing until it reaches the airmass cells that you started pulling timing. Like 24 g/cyl.
