No power coming from the relay

No power coming from the relay I bought this system used and it didn't have the instructions on how to install it so I got a friend to send me a diagram of his. I've hooked everything up according to the diagram and have no power coming from the relay. 
The only thing I didn't hook up was the tach wire from the window switch. I pulled out the test light and power comes in to the relay and comes out of the center post on the relay but none of the other wires. My bottle heater and my purge work but not the main TNT kit. I know this would be hard to diagnose without looking at it but would any of you have clue.
