It's a FACT that HSW is not returning calls and e-mails.

I'd be interested to see how many others are getting shitty customer service too.

I know of a half dozen of my racing friends that are having the same issue right now


And like i said...

I gave up... I'm selling all my hsw garbage. If i can't get support, I don't want their product.

 

Thats why I sold all my hsw stuff... nitrous outlet will be getting my business in the near future

 

Chris over at Nitrous Outlet has always helped me out, they answer the phone they call you back when they say they will.

Nitrous Outlet is BY FAR the BEST place to get all our NO2 stuff from!

 

Same here. When I ordered my kit, I was called by Nitrous Outlet to let me know they were out of stock on a certain piece of my kit and would let me know when they would get it in. I was called 2 days later and they said the piece was in and they were shipping it out to me that day and 2 days later it was at my door. Couldn't complain at all if I wanted to.

The follow up calls is what sold me on Nitrous Outlet, which seems to be a rare thing these days.

When I ordered my kit, HSW was still a sponsor here and listening to fellow members and mods of the site is what swayed me to go to Nitrous Outlet. Everybody here raved about their customer service and support, not just before and during the purchase, but after the sale. To me that is a big part of a business' accountability.

 

I'd switch over to nitrous outlet but it's just not feasible money wise. Hell nitrous outlet had no problem servicing my HSW parts LOL. Very good guys to talk to...if you don't get through to them, it's probably because they are actually interested in what your doing with your car, could easily spend hours on the phone talking to them.

 

Guys...keep in mind...I didnt lock the thread...I opened it. Someone else saw fit to close it. So if you think its a good idea and important to let fellow LS1tech members know about something like this.....try to do it professionally. Otherwise I am sure someone will lock it again.

I personally think it is important to get the details out.
Actually...I would love to hear directly from the guys at HSW as to what is actually going on over there.

Are they out of business? Anyone close to the shop swing buy and see what the deal is?

 

Has anybody in this thread (or out of it) ever received an e-mail in return from HSW?

I'm just curious if anybody has had contact with HSW recently.

Maybe one of the mods from here needs to send an e-mail to them if that hasn't been done already.

 

I was emailing them maybe 2 months ago. I'd email them during the evening and was getting a reply at 7:30am. Genuinely helpful but for my particular issues I would of had to go through too much effort. Phone would of been worlds easier. But as I said that was back in June. Don't know how it is now

 

I read in another thread on here they were working out of a storage building and no one was there during the day, ie they had other day jobs.

 

Yes! I had contact! I emailed tech support to find out how much hp I could flow through my plate. About 3 days later, I got a brief response that it was 150hp.

 

3 days to get a response like that...
IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

 

Best to go to nitrous outlet! I usually go where i get someone to answer the phone and answer my questions before i buy anything anymore.

 

Does anybody live close to where they are at? If you do maybe you can do a drive by or go in and see if somebody is there.

Nitrous Outlet rocks. The guys all know their **** and love what they do. Customer service is awesome. They are all Great guys in person. Chris will make you laugh all night, Dave will help you with anything N2o related you need and Ray will drag race you any day! lol Cant think of a better place to work with when it comes to nitrous!!!!!!

Well, we don't know HSW's situation yet so we need them to respond on here or if somebody can ride over by them and ask "whats up" before we just start pimping.

I like Nitrous Outlet too, but I also like to hear 2 sides to a story. So I need to hear from HSW and see whats up with them.
