I know of a half dozen of my racing friends that are having the same issue right now

I gave up... I'm selling all my hsw garbage. If i can't get support, I don't want their product.

Chris over at Nitrous Outlet has always helped me out, they answer the phone they call you back when they say they will.

Same here. When I ordered my kit, I was called by Nitrous Outlet to let me know they were out of stock on a certain piece of my kit and would let me know when they would get it in. I was called 2 days later and they said the piece was in and they were shipping it out to me that day and 2 days later it was at my door. Couldn't complain at all if I wanted to.
The follow up calls is what sold me on Nitrous Outlet, which seems to be a rare thing these days.
When I ordered my kit, HSW was still a sponsor here and listening to fellow members and mods of the site is what swayed me to go to Nitrous Outlet. Everybody here raved about their customer service and support, not just before and during the purchase, but after the sale. To me that is a big part of a business' accountability.

I'd switch over to nitrous outlet but it's just not feasible money wise. Hell nitrous outlet had no problem servicing my HSW parts LOL. Very good guys to talk to...if you don't get through to them, it's probably because they are actually interested in what your doing with your car, could easily spend hours on the phone talking to them.

I personally think it is important to get the details out.
Actually...I would love to hear directly from the guys at HSW as to what is actually going on over there.
Are they out of business? Anyone close to the shop swing buy and see what the deal is?

I was emailing them maybe 2 months ago. I'd email them during the evening and was getting a reply at 7:30am. Genuinely helpful but for my particular issues I would of had to go through too much effort. Phone would of been worlds easier. But as I said that was back in June. Don't know how it is now

Yes! I had contact! I emailed tech support to find out how much hp I could flow through my plate. About 3 days later, I got a brief response that it was 150hp.

Nitrous Outlet rocks. The guys all know their **** and love what they do. Customer service is awesome. They are all Great guys in person. Chris will make you laugh all night, Dave will help you with anything N2o related you need and Ray will drag race you any day! lol Cant think of a better place to work with when it comes to nitrous!!!!!!

I like Nitrous Outlet too, but I also like to hear 2 sides to a story. So I need to hear from HSW and see whats up with them.
