A few questions about my n2o setup
A few questions about my n2o setup and yes i did search. Im trying to figure out if maybe the size shot im trying to get is being limited by my feed line. i have a 102mm nitrous outlet plate, zex pro shot solenoids, a 4an feed line, and nano assisted 10lb zex bottle. im using the 78 jet that came with the plate that is suggested for a 200 hp shot. but im using a 38 fuel jet which is recommended for a 150 shot and am still a bit rich at 11.5 a/f ratio. is it possible that the feed line is restricting the flow of nitrous therefor making me have to use a smaller fuel jet.

I wouldnt think that there is any restriction, what is the rating on those solenoids? and to me 11.5 doesnt sound too bad on nitrous thats about what mine runs at mid pass (no nanno). What AFR are you gunning for?
noids are rated quite a bit higher than what im trying to spray. i would like my afr to be around 12.5. thats where i always was before and shoud be ok there since im forged. do you remember what jets you were running?

Oh, in that case, I would say you probably are maxing out the 4an line. Nitrous outlet probably could give you a good idea on when the 4an maxes out.

Well actually they seem pretty small to me. I looked on the zex website and it says that the lines I'm using to go to the plate are -3an.
