Default Ls9 head gaskets with spray

Will these lower the compression that much, that i wont want to go with them? Building a 400+ci motor n a big shot ive had ALOT luck using these with boost, after spraying them with copper.
I dont want to run these if it will effect the cr that much, anyone run these?

The 3 layer gasket is .051 thick and the LS9 gaskets are .053. Very minimal change and I know if people running them with a lot of nitrous with no problems. I am using them on my new nitrous motor as well.
