Nick is right.
Those injectors flow about 36 lb at 58 psi so ASSUMING you maintain 58 PSI to them at all times they will support a MAX of about 550 RWHP with an A4 car but I'd play it a little safer than that and keep it down to about 500 RWHP on the spray.
Remember, you gotta keep the fuel pressure to them no matter how big they are.

I don't know what other mods he had, but I think bolt-ons, incl. headers, and maybe a cam.
Beginning in the spring when the tracks open back up here, I'm going to see how much I can run my 98 up to on the stock fuel system. If the money thing works out and LS1Edit for the 98s shows up early in the year I may even do my planned fuel system upgrade and will be looking for a 200-250 progressive dry shot. ...and better yet, on the 10bolt ...hey I can dream
Glad the bottle opener worked out well for you. We should find some time over the summer and a track in between to meet.

If you install SVO 30s and lean the Ltrims back with a MAFT you will not max out the MAF sensor at 500 RWHP.
