One way would be to take her out for a spin…. LOL..
Well, I like to tie in a momentary switch in right before the WOT switch and use it as a Purge. It just purges in the motor and doesn’t make it too obvious. I then bring the motor up to where the Window switch is set (I would suggest 3k or more) and press it.. This is also a good way to see if your whole system is working. If the motor bogs down you know your Fuel solenoids are working and NOS isn’t.. If it Revs up Much quicker without giving it more gas then both are working.. I like to test it first without the bottle open to make sure I have fuel first..

Tape the WOT switch closed, wire a test light in place of the noid connection. Took a while to figure out that I had to set it to 4 cyl mode and halve the rpm values (Mallory).

Brother J, you had to half the rpm numbers? I have a mallory too, ant set it up for testing at 3k and 5.6k and came on and off at those rpms.

AzzHauler, where did you tap the green wire into? I tapped into the wire (white) that I had earlier tapped for the Harlan Shift light. I recall something in the literature from Harlan that the signal was same for a 4 banger. Anyone have more details on this? I am stumped?

Yeah that's the wire I used too. Did you set the Mallory to 8 cylinder mode? I read on Fireball's diagram to use 4 cylinder mode on the switch and it works fine.

I take it for a ride with the Bottle off. I have a LED tied to the positive side of the solenoid(s). Then it should light and unlight as the switch is set, but remember the factory tach is pretty slow.
