considering nitrous
I'm thinking about adding nitrous to my car when I get the engine finished.
I want it completely hidden, no visible lines etc. I've just started reading about it and trying to decide if I want it or not. Any pros or cons you wanna throw at me?

Pm nitro dave about the money maker setup. Ive seen a couple and they work awesome. The only con to nitrous is refilling the bottle is expensive.. I got sick and tired of driving to the shop to fill my bottles ( one time getting a bottle filled with air and was charged 65) that I bought a filling station. It comes out to be a little less than $3 a pound. Plus I fill bottles for people so it pays for itself.

A guy here in town (300 people) rigged his safety valve on his bottle then overfilled it. He made it home with the bottle but that night it exploded and peeled the cab of his truck open like a soda can. I wouldn't overfill it but still makes me nervous about it peeling my car open like that in a wreck or something going wrong.
I have an idea of how I want to run it, plate on intake manifold jet coming straight up from the bottom.noids mounted on the block (will it get too hot?) Cig lighter as the nitrous switch. Bottle mounted in the spare tire hole.

Yeah I know that, but I don't want it visible to the untrained eye. By time they realize I have spray its too late.

So ya'll are the ones that won't pop hoods... I think I want a hidden system so I can pop my hood without anybody seeing anything other than the fact that my engine is painted...
