NX questions?

NX questions? Could someone please tell me who has the best prices online for the NX kits and accessories. Also which one of their kits is the best. I have a 2001 A4 and I want to put a 150 shot on and maybe go up to 200 a couple of passes. I looked on their web site and was a little confused the way they have their kits listed. Any help is appreciated
Re: NX questions? I don't know who has them at the best prices but give ebay a shot as well. You're looking for the wet kit by NX part # 20229. You can get get upgrade kits to this base kit, like:
Gen-x = Gives you Bottle heater, Pressure Gauge, Fuel Safety Switch, Blow down tube
Genx-2 = has all of the above + a purge kit.

Re: NX questions? On NX's web page it shows that part # as a dual stage system (20229). If thats true I think it would be a little over kill for my application. What about this kit 20118 (100-250) will it work on my car, anyone?

Re: NX questions? Also I have a friend who says he can get me a system new at cost. I want to find out what I can buy the kit for just to see if he is giving me a deal or not. If its not a deal then I will buy a used kit (maybe E-Bay). Thanks for the advice though!

Verdad Gallardo Re: NX questions? The difference between 20920 and 20118 is that you can go up an extra 50 HP (200 HP) shot as opposed to the 150HP shot in the 20920 kit. If you don't plan on spraying over 150 then get the 20920 which will save you some cash and get some accessories, i.e. window switch. But if you want to go over 150HP then get the 20118. That's my opinion <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0"> . You could give NX a quick call as well to confirm it all <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">

Re: NX questions? I actually have 2 LS1's. She has a 2001 a4 z28 and I bought a 2002 m6 ss. I have decided to build the a4 car instead of the ss for several reasons. Not happy with the stock clutch or rearend figured the a4 would be more durable and easier on the rest of the drivetrain. Not to mention the ss will probally hold its value better if not heavily modded(since I paid an extra 5,000 for the option). Both cars ran very good straight off the lot. The z28 a4 went 13.3 at 105 and the ss went 12.96 at 109. No mods on either car 1400 miles on both. My goal is to make the z28 a street killer. I want to set it up with a converter, nitrous, nitrous controller, suspension and tires that will launch as hard as I can on the street. In the past I have witnessed plenty of cars that hook good beat much faster cars on the street. To me if I can get the car to run mid to low 11's and it hooks hard on the street(via the nitrous controller) it will very hard to beat on the street. Seen guys get pretty upset when they loose to a car that is a half second slower at the track and the loose buy a half car on the street. Anyway I might be dreaming but that is my goal.
