Default ? on FPSS

I had to remove the FPSS in order for me to connect the blue connector to the fuel rail. Now when I put the FPSS back on it took a while to get tight. All the threads went in. I just want to know if it is possiable to screw the FPSS all the way that it would hit the back wall of the fitting and actually block the fuel from coming out. I did stick a pointer in front of the fitting to see if there was fuel and there was a little fuel. I have not tried activating the system with the fuel line in a cup yet, but I will once the battery is reconnected. Please post your thoughts on this please...Thanks again...Michael

You could use a flashlight and look into the fitting while on the rail.
