Re: TNT direct port Ya, I do believe that ARE does the DP setup on the LS1's for TNT. I am going to be getting a DP setup in the next couple of months, haven't made up my mind on which one tho.

Re: TNT direct port We have the TNT direct port available(best kit around). We ran this on our 422 vette and went 9.42 @150.9. We also have one our 98 F-body that we will be campaining this year and hope to run in the high 8's. <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">
If you need one let me know as we have them in stock.
If we can get 5 or more I can do a GP price and save you guys some money. Right now they are $1350 retail installed on the manifold with a comlete wireing harness to boot. 5 Or more and we can go in the $1200-1250 range. This kit comes with more than the kit on the manifold, we are offering the "tune up" as well that is an integral part of this system.

Re: TNT direct port Nick:I have a Holley intake coming.Is that price including the intake or do you use an intake we supply?Also ,is that a complete kit including all the safety stuff and MSD.Also,I want it set from 100hp and up,not doing to bottom half of the motor until next winter so I can't go with a huge shot.Is this possible?And what do you mean by a tune up included?

Re: TNT direct port This price is with the customer supplying the intake(we can do your holley one). It does come with most of the safety stuff, the tuneup is very important; jetting and a few other important things are included in this kit to make sure you are on target so to speak!

1) What makes the TNT direct port better than the others? I would think that no matter who makes the kit, it would consist of 8 fogger nozzles, 4 solinoids, and 8 equal length tubes....
2) Being as I am in Florida, would you fly in for my tune-up? <img src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" border="0"> <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">

Re: TNT direct port I actually do have some real good pictures of the direct port kit and will post a few. I have tried all the Direct kits on the market and gave TNT a try, we have never looked back. We have made more power with this kit and has been more reliable at these power levels, the engine and "tuneup" has alot to do with a No2 kit being reliable; actually this is the key factor!
We feel very comfortable with the TNT kit as we have been running them for a few years now and really know our way around them. There really is a difference between the solenoids and nozzles between kits, most work great but we have the TNT stuff down packed!
Buying a No2 kit does not end when you buy the kit, in my eyes it just starts as the steps taken afterwords are what make the diff.
It wouldn't be the first time I flew in to

I wanted to go with a Stage II 2.08 or 2.055/ 1.60 setup, with a big nitrous cam. I am looking to make 650ish rwhp on stock internals <img src="gr_eek2.gif" border="0"> <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0"> . I imagine this TNT Direct port would help the tunability of the setup, and therefore the longevity of the motor. Guess I'll have to put the whole thing off for a bit longer, and do everything at once. <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0">
