This thread just made my Day! I always wonder in the mist of being slammed how are we doing. I ask myself are we still maintaining awesome customer service and awesome technical support? Is the quality of the product going out staying to my requirements? etc.

I personally walk the shop everyday to make sure things are the way I expect it and try very hard to make sure we do not loose sight as we continue to grow.

This thread tells me we are still on track..

Full Steam Ahead!

Thanks guys!
Dave

Nitrous outlet hands down. Dave even takes time when he's away from the job to answer my questions, and will go any extra distance to make sure his kit will do anything and everything you want it to do.

Dave it's good to know that there is a company out there that is as big as Nitrous outlet and can still provide the customer support you guys do. I recently ordered a 90mm setup with the dedicated fuel system for my build. The price was reasonable and dealing with Chris (your sales manager) was a pleasant experiance. He was very helpful and seemed eager to help me with my project. Thanks guys and I look forward to dealing with you guys more in the future..

Ok, how about a neutral new guys opinion? Edelbrock? Not. Kits are ok, but try and get someone on the phone if there is an issue. NOS? Not terrible, but the plate kits are pretty much unchanged for the last 20 years.
