Ok. I appreciate your help. When I figure out which cylinder is my hottest cylinder is it ok to tune off that one cylinder?

Yes always but you want to pull the other plugs to make sure everything is OK.

If you find 1 or 2 that are alot hotter than the rest try one step colder plug in those holes.

Thats a good idea, I didn't know you could do that. I'll give it a try if they are really hot.

When the tune gets close it will be.
number the plugs as they come out our use a plug holder and when you look at all of them at the same time you will see the difference.

Yes as ATV said when the tune is close, you will see where the timing is further advanced down the strap than the other cylinders. This is where you would then determine/decide to put a colder range plug in those certain cylinders.
