What's needed to run nos wet kit?

What's needed to run nos wet kit? Ok, I have a heads/cam car putting out around 400 rwhp. What all would I need to run around 100-150 wet shot? I know I need to upgrade fuel pump, injectors. Do I need to do anything else to the engine or should it hold that fine? Probably won't spray a lot, only when I need it.

Engine should hold 100shot if tuned properly.150 might be pushing it on pump gas.
