i dont see it being bottle pressure unless the msd unit moniters pressure and cuts the solenoids when it sees a pressure too high based on its set point. as stated earlier, if the kit worked before the msd , then remove it, try the nitrous with out the msd, if it works fine, the msd unit is the problem. doulde check all wiring and even review the owners manual to ensure proper setup of all the switches in the msd unit. i prefure soldered connections over crimp style. not sure what u are using.

I'd like to know why people think its the bottle pressure? What in his set up would tell the solenoids to repeatedly fire on and off due to too high of pressure? A solenoid only opens or closes. It does not monitor pressure. And I've never seen a solenoid that was unable to open due to pressure being to high for it to open. I would think a noid would not close if anything when pressure is too high.

Not say'n the high pressure is the problem but that psi is too high and it could **** with his noids opening.
Have you tried bypassing the ws?
What ground is the ws using?
Where are you pulling noid power from?
Crimped/solder connections.
Just gonna be a process of elimination. You'll find it.

I had this same issue with a msd window switch >>http://www.msdignition.com/Products/...ow_Switch.aspx
I was running it with a Nitrous Outlet 90mm plate w/noids attached
removed the switch and gave it away problems left with it

alright so I tested it without the window switch and it does the same thing. So what are your guys next suggestion. I'm spraying at 900-950 psi now without the window switch and still have it cutting in and out. It's weird to me that it hits everytime and than it cuts out and in. Could it be clogged solenoid or faulty wiring?
