I would say around .036 would be fine.

I think they come close to that out of the box. I'd just run them out of the box if it were mine, but double checking isn't a bad idea.

Listen to these guys. I run mine a touch tighter at 32 to 34 but out of the box should be just fine

So the bigger the shot the mnore compression the bigger gap you run how big can you run the br7s?

Correct.

More CR, more nitrous, tighter gap. Same with boost.

I have never checked the plug gap on a BR7EF as I only used them twice before I stepped up to the B8EFS plugs and I check their gap out of the box sometimes(hardly ever check plug gap and I should) and it's usually .026 but I figured(assumed) BR7's would have a looser gap out of the box than a B8EFS would.
