Default Nitrous on H/C car?

How safe is it to run a 100 dry shot? What extra safety features would I need given what's in my sig? Do I need forged parts? If so, what? Also, how often do you have to check plugs in this situation?

Most N20 manufaturers will state basically the following. All cars with a stock bottom end and a properly working fuel delivery system will be able to handle a 125 dry shot and a 150 wet shot.

Upgrades that should be done is running colder plugs and maybe a little octane boost when using the N20.
